Le Moulin de Treparts foundations date back to the 13th Century when local Monks from an Abbey near Cesserou would use the Mill to grind cereal or walnuts to make oil, the Mill still houses the original equipment, and an old turbine which once created enough electricity for the local village.
Upstairs is living accommodation in need of renovation, with measurements of 84 sq. meters on each floor. The Mill had a new roof in 2018.
