The Family Pool and Pool House

The south-facing family pool sits to the east of the main house and measures 12 x 6 mtrs with access via steps in the corner of the jacuzzi.  

The Pool House is 29 m.sq. with a pump room, shower room and fitted Summer kitchen.   The kitchen has a gas hob, sink, fridge and dishwasher.

This is a wonderful spot for entertaining on those balmy Summer evenings.

The shallow end is a large area of approximately 1 metre in depth, sloping down to approx. 2 metres in the deep end.  The jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing with a glass of something refreshing, or turn off the bubbles and its perfect for early learners.

Here we have the beautiful Plain Trees lining the riverbank of the River Cole.

The lower lawn has seen many functions including Car Fests, Good Food Festivals and Shakespeare plays.

This shows the river terraces of both guest cottages with access to the riverbank and gardens.

The park is home to many mature trees, including a Redwood, Oak, Yew, Horse Chestnuts, Laurel and Holly.  The park flowers bi-annually with pink cyclamens and annual bluebells.

 Shakespeare’s As You Like It and A Midsummer Night’s Dream presented in the open air, celebrating the vitality of classical theatre in a shared outdoor setting. Audiences are invited to bring their own picnic, with an on-site bar available.
